What is your typical project budget range?

Most engagements range from RM 30,000 for focused exhibition builds to RM 500,000 and above for full annual dinners and multi-day productions. Smaller projects under RM 20,000 are welcome where the scope fits. We are open about whether a budget is realistic before either side spends time on a proposal.

How far in advance should we start planning?

Eight to twelve weeks is ideal for a full production, and around six months for major exhibitions or international launches. Compact events can be delivered in as little as three weeks. The earlier you start, the more room there is for creative depth and better supplier rates.

Do you provide a fixed quote or an estimated budget?

Both. Initial proposals include fixed-scope pricing for the core deliverables and estimated ranges for variable items like talent and AV that depend on final selection. Once scope is locked, the quoted budget is the invoiced budget, with no surprise change orders for items we should have flagged.

What happens after I submit the briefing form?

Within two business days, a senior team member responds and arranges a short discovery call to clarify scope and check fit. If we are aligned, you receive a written proposal with concept direction, an indicative budget, and a timeline within five business days. There is no high-pressure follow-up.

Do you work with international brands entering Malaysia?

Yes. We are the preferred Malaysia partner for several global brands and luxury houses. We handle local liaison, permits, venue, talent, and press coordination so headquarters teams can focus on the brand. Bilingual project management in English and Bahasa Malaysia is standard.

Can you help us shape the concept, or do we need a finished brief?

A rough goal is enough to start. Many clients come to us with an objective and a date rather than a finished brief. We bring the creative direction, themes, and format options, and shape them together with you before anything is locked.

Are you available for our date?

We take on a limited number of projects each year so every event gets senior attention. We will confirm our availability honestly within two business days. If we are not the right fit for your dates, we will say so up front rather than overcommit.

Who manages the event on the day?

One senior project lead owns your event from brief to encore, supported by our production crew on site. You speak to one person throughout, not a rotating team, so nothing gets lost in handovers.

Can you handle everything end to end on the day?

Yes. On event day we manage bump-in, staging, AV, lighting, entertainment, run-of-show, vendor coordination, guest flow, and teardown. Your team can be guests at your own event rather than running it.

How do you keep the run-of-show on schedule?

Every event runs to a minute-by-minute run-of-show that we script and rehearse in advance. On the day, a floor manager and a backstage lead keep segments, speeches, and reveals sequenced and on time.

What happens if something changes at the last minute?

We plan contingencies into every event, from backup equipment to alternative sequencing. Our crew is experienced at adjusting quietly on the day so guests never notice, and you are kept informed of anything that matters.

Will there be a rehearsal?

Yes. For staged events we run a full rehearsal before doors open, covering cues, AV, walk-ons, speeches, and any awards or reveals, so everyone on stage knows exactly what to expect.

Can we make changes to the programme on the day?

Minor adjustments are usually manageable, and your project lead will advise on what is feasible without affecting the wider run-of-show. Bigger changes are best raised in advance so we can plan them properly.

Do you coordinate with the venue and our other vendors?

Yes. We liaise with the venue, caterers, and any vendors you have already appointed, and fold them into a single run-of-show so everyone is working to the same plan on the day.

What do we receive after the event?

You receive a post-event wrap-up that typically includes event photos, a summary of how the day ran, and honest recommendations for the next edition. For applicable events we also share key metrics and learnings.

How is final billing handled?

Because scope is fixed when you approve the proposal, the final invoice reflects the agreed budget. Any pre-approved variations made during planning are itemised clearly, so there are no unexpected charges after the event.

Can you help improve our next event?

Yes. Our wrap-up includes practical recommendations, and because many clients work with us year after year, we carry forward what worked and refine what could be stronger. Your event gets better with each edition.

Do you provide photos and video?

We coordinate event photography and can arrange videography as part of the scope. Edited photos are shared after the event, and video deliverables follow the timeline agreed in your proposal.

What if we want to reuse elements next year?

For exhibitions and festive builds especially, we store reusable structures and centrepieces so a following edition often costs less while refreshing the look. We will advise on what is worth keeping.

How do you gather feedback after an event?

We hold a short review with you after the event to capture what worked and what to improve, and we welcome candid feedback. For larger events we can also help gather guest or delegate feedback if useful.
